Incredible features include a hot tub, a huge boat dock with community boat ramp access, a fenced-in yard, high-end furnishings and electronics, a semiprivate ocean/beach parking area, and fantastic vistas! In fact, the owners of Sound Decision were so enthusiastic about the idea of offering the best west coast sunset vistas, a unique and under-appreciated aspect of the Outer Banks, that the home has been constructed to the height limit allowed for a home of this kind. At the very least, the sights on the top level are on par with any other home on the sound.

Located back on the Avery Isle part of Kitty Hawk Bay, Sound Decision is the ideal place to visit during the busy summer months but, still be afforded some reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Boating, fishing, crabbing, or kayaking, if you can think of a watersport, Sound Decision gives you and your family the most serene, secluded, and gorgeous setting. There is even ladder access for ease in playing in the bay and launching your kayak.

Expanding on the earlier mentioned beach parking, guests of Sound Decision have access to private beach access with parking off Poseidon St in Kitty Hawk. With so much to do right at the home, you will be plenty busy but, when you get the ocean itch, not many soundfront homes provide such convenient access.

With so much to do outside, one might think all you need is a place to lay your head after a day of adventures. The owner of Sound Decision knows that even the most avid outdoorsman still appreciates the most lavish of accommodations. The top level has a first-class waterfront living area that leads to an open deck. Meals are a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, bespoke cabinetry with a close by dining area all with sound vistas. On the mid level, a enormous soundfront en suite has a king bed with spectacular vistas, a private covered deck, and a bespoke tile shower. The mid level also features two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a second with two twins, all having flat-screen TVs. There's entertainment for everybody with 6 TVs and Roku and Spectrum live streaming available.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Dock and boat slip available for guest use. Please note, the boat lift, fire place and the garage are not available for guest use.

A $250 + tax deposit is required for the parking pass for the beach access parking for the Kitty Hawk Landing Association. Your deposit is returnable once the pass is returned back to the office.
