Welcome to Pier Reflection, formerly known as Sandcastle II. This lovely oceanfront home offers great ocean views and easy access to the beloved Avon Fishing Pier, affectionately known as America’s Pier. Conveniently located to many restaurants as well as ice cream, coffee, a 24/7 gym, spa and many other area attractions.
At ground level you will find the enclosed outside shower to wash off the sand and salt from a fun day at the beach and a fish cleaning table where you can prepare your catch. There are a couple of picnic tables so you can cool off and enjoy dining outside. The first level offers a great room with living, dining, kitchen, laundry area and a half bath. This level also offers a King en suite with private bath with a jetted tub and access to the spacious oceanfront deck.
The second level offers a queen en suite with private bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 singles, that share a hall bath. There is also bridge style access to the second level oceanfront deck where you can cozy up with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean.
Please note: owner is highly allergic to pet dander. No pets allowed.
