Atlantic Dance has been teaching kids dance on the Outer Banks since 1995. Atlantic Dance offers classes in tap, jazz, hip hop and lyrical with a primary concentration in classical ballet. At Atlantic Dance, little girls learn grace and achieve development through music and dance. Ballet introduces girls to poise and self confidence and encourages creativity and discipline.
Classes are offered weekly September through May with a recital in early June. Dance portraits also are taken at the studio during Portrait Week before the recital. With the kids out of school, Atlantic Dance offers summer workshops to keep them active and busy during the summer months.
Atlantic Dance’s boutique offers the best in exercise and dance brands and attire. You’ll find clothing and accessories by Capezio, Bloch, Mirella and Motionwear among other great finds.
Atlantic Dance is owned by Victoria Toms and Mila Smith, who both have extensive backgrounds in dance training and dance instruction.
