The top level of Robin’s Roost also offers an open-concept living area with ocean views, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 2 dining areas that comfortably seat 12. A king bedroom with an accordion door off of the living area and a full hall bath round out the top level of this well-equipped home.

On the mid level, you will find the remaining rooms, including a queen en suite with a private bath, another queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a den with a daybed and a trundle, and a full hall bath. The covered deck provides plenty of shade while you take in a good book while enjoying the warm sea breezes!

The laundry area and dry entry can be found on the ground level. An outside cargo lift provides convenient luggage and gear transport. 3 community beach accesses can be found nearby, with the nearest being approximately 525 feet from your front door, as well as community sound access with sandy beach, picnic area, and a pier. Robin’s Roost is also a short walk or bike ride to downtown Duck, featuring shops, restaurants, and a scenic soundfront boardwalk, perfect for sunset strolls.
