All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. On the back deck overlooking the pool, you'll find a pergola covered 8 person hot tub with pub seating and deck swing. Laundry area with washer and dryer is located in the hallway.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: The owners of this vacation rental have included your stay with complementary beach umbrella and chair service on the beach. Included are 1 umbrella and 2 chairs supplied by Corolla Beach Units from Memorial Day to Labor Day at the Corolla Light Oceanfront in front of the pool complex directly on the beach.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
