Aptly named Happy Days, this beautiful oceanside cottage is just 500' from direct beach access, ideal for enjoying long, warm days on the sandy shores of Corolla!

The top level of Happy Days boasts a cozy king en suite, as well as the great room with a living area, a dining area that seats 8, and a kitchen with updated appliances and countertop seating for 3. Step out onto the screened-in porch to dine al fresco, or head out to the sun deck take to soak in the warm ocean breeze with a cool drink!

On the mid level, you will find another king en suite, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a full hall bath, and the hall laundry closet. The covered deck on this level boasts a bubbling hot tub for relaxing after long days at the beach.

The recreation room can be found on the ground level, offering a pool table, a Foosball table, an arcade game, a TV and a wet bar, perfect for family fun during evenings in. A pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle completes the ground level of Happy Days.

Happy Days is conveniently located less than a mile from a grocery store, as well as TimBuck II shopping village, offering great local shops, restaurants, and attractions like mini golf and a go kart track.

Guests at Happy Days will enjoy access to the Crown Point community pool, tennis courts, and beach accesses.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Top Level: Kitchen, dining area, living area, and a king en suite with a Jacuzzi. The screened porch and sun deck on this level offer partial ocean views.
