This 9-bedroom oceanfront retreat is located conveniently in Southern Shores, a community close to both the towns of Duck and Corolla. Rise and shine to north-to-south views over the Atlantic and spend endless days strolling the shore, splashing in the 28 x 12 private pool, finding some friendly competition in the rec room, preparing a meal in the high-end kitchen, and finishing off your long vacation day enjoying a movie in the cinema-style theater room. Decorated in a soothing palate of blues and whites, and featuring contemporary nautical touches, this home will have you feeling relaxed from the moment you walk in the door.

With 5 king beds, 2 queens, and 2 twin bunksets spread across two bedroom levels, plus 7 full baths and 3 half baths, this Outer Banks home is built for large families and multi-generational groups. Five bedrooms enjoy private baths, an elevator carries luggage and guests to every floor, free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, 11 TVs are placed throughout, and a highchair is on hand for the youngest traveler. Two dogs are welcome for an additional fee, and an onsite EV charger is available. Check-in is on Saturday.

Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. The 28 x 12 private pool is open 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, with pool heat available for $800.00. In 2027, the pool is open 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $800.00.

EV Charger: An onsite EV charger is available for guest use.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, making this OBX vacation rental a great fit for guests who travel with their four-legged family members.

Neighborhood & Community: Southern Shores is a quiet, tree-lined community on a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound, with easy driving or biking distance to the shops and restaurants of Duck. 2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
