Pool: The private pool measures 34.0 x 20.0. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway.
