Grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops are all close by at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.
