Overview
The Palm is an impressive ten-bedroom vacation home on the oceanfront in Pine Island, one of Corolla's sought-after subdivisions. The house is positioned on a cul-de-sac and sits on an elevated one-acre lot, so there is room to breathe both inside and out. With 7,100 square feet of indoor living space, you and your group will have plenty of room to spread out while still having enough space for everyone to gather and spend vacation days together. Ten bedrooms, each with a private bath, plus eleven full baths and two half baths in total, mean no one is waiting in line. An elevator travels to each floor, ten parking spaces line the drive, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. The large oceanside outdoor area offers many desired amenities that take an Outer Banks vacation up a notch.
The 48'x30' private pool makes for splish-splashing fun all season long. This pool is a showstopper! It's equipped with lighting in and around the pool. A poolside hot tub is one of the best places to unwind each evening, and the cabana offers a shady spot to regroup between swims. Guests of this OBX vacation rental also enjoy community pool access in Pine Island, and check-in is on Saturday.

This level is the hub for entertainment as your group can gather in the recreation room for games and downtime together. The theater has comfortable seating for an immersive movie experience. A full shared cabana bath is available for those spending time on the ground floor or outside. A laundry room is also located on this level.
The outdoor living area is what sets this property apart from the rest. Featured amenities include a private pool, a poolside hot tub, and a cabana, just to name a few. A grill area with a gas grill, a charcoal grill, a prep area, and a sink is positioned along the south side of the backyard. An open outdoor shower is located at the base of the walkway to the beach.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin with a trundle. The twin/trundle can be converted to a king bed with advanced notice. The other bedroom has an XL twin-over-queen bunk and an XL twin bunk. Both bedrooms have private baths.

The middle floor is primarily dedicated to bedding options. Five bedrooms make up the middle floor bedding accommodations. All five bedrooms have a king bed, one offers a sleepchair and another offers a twin with a trundle (can be made into a king bed with advanced notice). Each bedroom has a private bath: four have walk-in showers, and one has a shower/tub combo. Three east-facing king bedrooms have sliding door access to the oceanview deck that spans the width of the house, an easy spot for morning coffee as the sun climbs over the Atlantic.

The southeast corner of the top floor has an open concept and offers ocean views from the great room, dining area, and kitchen. The large island has counter-height seating and a large sink for easy meal prep and clean up. A pantry is available for storage, and a highchair is on hand for the youngest member of the group.
Three king bedrooms are located on this level, each with a private bath with a walk-in shower. While all three bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, perhaps the most desired bedroom on this level is the east-facing king that has sliding door access to the oceanview deck and a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Sleeping Arrangements: Bedding at The Palm includes nine kings, one queen, three twins, one twin bunk, two trundles, one queen sleepsofa, and one sleepchair, spread across ten bedrooms with ten private baths. Sixteen TVs are located throughout the home, including the home theater and rec room.
Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 3/28/2026 to 10/31/2026, and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/30/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator that travels to each floor, and a king bedroom on the top floor features a private bathroom with a barrier-free shower, roll-under sink, and grab bars. Guided beach tours in search of the wild horses of Corolla, kayak tours, surfing lessons, golf, and tennis are all part of the fun, and shopping centers including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center offer grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors.
