The Palm is an impressive ten-bedroom vacation home on the oceanfront in Pine Island, one of Corolla's sought-after subdivisions. The house is positioned on a cul-de-sac and sits on an elevated one-acre lot, giving it a commanding setting above the dune line. With 7,100 square feet of indoor living space, you and your group will have plenty of room to spread out while still having enough space for everyone to gather and spend vacation days together. The large oceanside outdoor area offers many desired amenities that take an Outer Banks vacation up a notch.
The 48'x30' private pool makes for splish-splashing fun all season long. This pool is a showstopper! A poolside hot tub is one of the best places to unwind each evening.
Inside, ten bedrooms with ten private baths, eleven full baths, and two half baths keep everyone comfortable, while an elevator travels to each floor for easy access with luggage, beach gear, and groceries. Sixteen TVs, a home theater, a recreation room, free high-speed wireless internet, ten parking spaces, and community pool access in Pine Island round out this thoughtfully equipped Corolla vacation rental.

This level is the hub for entertainment as your group can gather in the recreation room. The theater has comfortable seating for an immersive movie experience. A full shared cabana bath is available for those spending time on the ground floor or outside.
The outdoor living area is what sets this property apart from the rest. Featured amenities include a private pool that can be heated, a poolside hot tub, and a cabana, just to name a few. A grill area with gas and charcoal grills, a prep area, and a sink are positioned along the south side of the backyard. An outdoor shower is available, perfect for rinsing off after a morning in the surf.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin with a trundle. The twin/trundle can be converted to a king bed with advanced notice. The other bedroom has an XL twin-over-queen bunk and an XL twin bunk. Both bedrooms have private baths.

The middle floor is primarily dedicated to bedding options and also offers a centrally located media den with a sleepsofa for those who wish to gather on this level. Five bedrooms make up the middle floor bedding accommodations. All five bedrooms have a king bed, one offers a sleepchair and another offers a twin with a trundle (can be made into a king bed with advanced notice). Each bedroom has a private bath, four have walk-in showers, and one has a shower/tub combo. Three east-facing king bedrooms and the media den have sliding door access to the oceanview deck that spans the width of the house, an ideal spot for sunrise coffee over the Atlantic.

The southeast corner of the top floor has an open concept and offers ocean views from the great room, dining area, and kitchen. The large island has counter-height seating and a large sink for easy meal prep and clean up.
Three king bedrooms are located on this level, each with a private bath with a walk-in shower. While all three bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, perhaps the most desired bedroom on this level is the east-facing king that has sliding door access to the oceanview deck and a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Corolla, NC
Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is known for expansive, wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Visit the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast, or tour the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Book a guided beach tour in search of the wild horses of Corolla, take surfing lessons, rent jet skis, or head out on a kayak tour. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are all close by at shopping centers including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 3/28/2026 to 10/31/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/30/2027. Pool heat cost is $600.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator that travels to each floor, and a king bedroom on the top floor features a private bathroom with a barrier-free shower, roll-under sink, and grab bars.
