Overview

Positioned on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Corolla's most sought-after subdivisions, THE PALM underwent a complete renovation and expansion for 2024, transforming it into a showstopper vacation rental. The professionals at Urban Cottage created a modern coastal vibe throughout the home's dramatically increased interior space, while the exterior received new siding, doors, and windows. This oceanfront masterpiece combines luxury accommodations with resort-style amenities, making it perfect for multi-family gatherings and special celebrations.

The home's crown jewel is its spectacular outdoor living area, featuring a private pool equipped with custom jets and lighting throughout, and a poolside hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills create the perfect atmosphere for entertaining, while an open outdoor shower provides convenience at the base of the private beach walkway.

Accommodations

THE PALM features 10 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, accommodating up to 26 guests across its three floors. With 11 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, plus an elevator serving all floors, comfort and convenience are prioritized throughout the home.

The top floor features a luxurious east-facing king bedroom with sliding door access to the oceanview deck and an exceptional bathroom with a large walk-in shower containing a built-in soaking tub.

Entertainment & Technology

With 16 TVs throughout the home and a dedicated home theater, THE PALM ensures entertainment for all ages. The recreation room provides hours of fun with a pool table and sports bar equipped with full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and commercial-size icemaker.

Updates for 2024: THE PALM underwent a major interior and exterior renovation/expansion for the 2024 season. The interior livable space was dramatically increased, and the finishings/furnishings were updated and improved. The professionals at Urban Cottage handled the interior design, creating a finished home with a modern coastal vibe. The exterior received new siding, doors, and windows. The outdoor living area is much larger, and the pool was expanded and refurbished. Key highlights of the finished renovation include ten spacious bedrooms with private baths, gathering areas on each floor, a recreation room with pool table, a home theater, a private pool area with hot tub, plus private beach access.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Maximum pool temperature is 80 degrees.
