Duck Dive is a spacious, two-level, oceanfront condo, located in Duck, NC. With three bedrooms and ocean views from both levels, Duck Dive offers a soothing and comfortable Outer Banks getaway! Beach or pool? No need to choose; this condo is just steps away from both the beach access and the community pool.

With a Sunday check-in, take advantage of lighter traffic as you arrive for your beach vacation. Take in the ocean views as you step through the sliding glass doors off the living area, onto the covered, oceanside deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise from one of the Adirondack or pub chairs, enjoy a nice lunch on the outdoor dining set, and cap off your day with a cool beverage in the evenings. Meal prep is easy in the well-appointed and upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and boasts ocean views.

Enjoy entertaining family time on the living room TV, offering a Roku with Netflix, or retreat to your personal space with three additional TVs, each also with Roku devices. One bedroom, located on the top level, is a king bedroom with a shared hall bath. Two bedrooms are on the lower level: one queen and two twins, with a shared hall bath.

Located in Barrier Island Station, a gated community in the heart of Duck, Duck Dive is a short walk or bike ride to all the local shops and restaurants the Town of Duck has to offer.

Barrier Island Station offers fantastic community amenities for your family's enjoyment. The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated children's activities in-season. Relax inside one of the beach gazebos and listen to the sounds of the sea, or head to the waves for fun in the sun!

The community outdoor pool is available from May 1st to the end of October. The community pool is not heated.

Parking at this complex consists of one designated spot, all others are first come first served. For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. Please be courteous and move your vehicle after charging. If your car is not electric, be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed.

For your convenience, this home provides sheets, towels, and bed making. Please note, bed making will not be provided in 2025.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building. Entry to this unit is on the 1st floor, one flight of stairs from the ground level.
