Outside: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool, hot tub and plenty of sunbathing and calming area that leads to a private beach walkway with dune deck and outside shower/foot wash. Just outside the gated pool you'll find a second enclosed outside shower.

Ground Level: Inside you'll find a Theater room with tiered recliner seating for 8 that includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. Rec room with a pool table, TV and wet bar with full size refrigerator. King Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Queens plus TV.   Bedroom with a Bunk Set and TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers. 

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom including a shower and whirlpool tub. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom. 

Top Level: Open great room with enormous ocean-facing and sound-facing windows, wet bar with refrigerator and oceanside deck access with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, breakfast table seating 4, gas stove, two ovens, two dishwashers and an ice machine.  Dining Area seating 8 with vistas of the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary and the Currituck Sound with covered deck access for striking sunset vistas. Half bathroom. 

Extras: Gated Private Pool (15 x 22, heated for $500), ELEVATOR- Stiltz Homelift (500lb Max), hot tub, private beach access with dune deck, high speed internet, gas grille, wet bar, charcoal grille, outside shower, electric car charger for a fee (a payment of approx. $.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger via QR code on the charger), pool table, theatre room, linens and towels included and access to Pine Island Community Pools and tennis. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount on 2027 reservations. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only) on 2027 reservations. Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
