Mid Level: Main entry entry. King Master Bedroom with TV. A short hallway leads to another Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Day Bed and a smaller Bedroom with 2 Singles En Suite with a shared full bathroom.

Top Level: Features a cavernous living room with TV/DVD, ocean vistas and upper deck access. Dining room with a table for 10 and adjacent island seating for 5. Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 10% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
