The ground floor layout includes three bedrooms. The rec room provides a pool table, a media area with sleep sofa and loveseat situated around a Smart TV where you can catch the game, and a kitchenette with full refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Lower level bedding options include two queen bedrooms, one of which has a private bath, and a bedroom with two twins. There is a shared full bath between the second queen and twins bedrooms. All bedrooms on this level are equipped with Smart TVs.
Step outside to the backyard, where you can spend easy afternoons stretched out by the private pool with your favorite book. The hot tub is situated under a covered deck, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak regardless of the weather.

First Floor

A sunny great room greets you on the top floor, with floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light to stream in. The brightly decorated living area features two sofas, an armchair, Smart TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Two dining tables collectively have room for fourteen, and additional seating is available at the bar. Prepare a meal for the group in the well-equipped kitchen, which has two dishwashers, Keurig, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. On warm summer nights, meals can be enjoyed outside on the screened-in porch. There is a lofted sitting area with built-in bench seating, and one king bedroom with a Smart TV, and private bath on this level.

Updates for 2024: Remodel of the bunk room bathroom and one king bathroom on the middle floor. The king bathroom remodel includes the replacement of the shower/tub with a walk-in shower. New photos to come.
Updates for 2023: Trex decking on 2nd floor and front entrance, and all TVs upgraded to Smart TVs with Sonos sound systems, new outdoor furniture by pool and on top floor deck by dining area.
Updates for 2022: Pergola added to the pool area.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs. Cable access is available via the Spectrum app on the Smart TVs.
