Packed with amenities and located directly on the beach, this well-appointed home is the ideal place for your Outer Banks vacation, no matter the time of year. With an impressive selection of indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, including a media room, a rec room, 17 TVs, and a seasonal fireplace from October through March, there is something exciting to do in any weather. Twelve bedrooms, ten full baths, four half baths, and twelve parking spaces make hosting a large group refreshingly simple, and the elevator saves countless trips up and down the stairs. Your pup is welcome to join in on the fun, too, as up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. This home features a Sunday check-in.

On the middle floor, there are six bedrooms on the east end of the house, each with a private bathroom; four of them offer direct access to the pool area via sliding glass doors, so morning swims are only a few steps away. There are four additional bedrooms on the west end of the house and two full bathrooms, a comfortable arrangement for families traveling together. Laundry facilities are available on the second level.
The remainder of the middle level of the home was designed with entertainment in mind. Gather the kids to watch a movie in the media room, which opens to the deck. The spacious rec room is an all-around great place to hang out, with a pool table and plenty of space to gather. There is a TV den adjacent to the rec room with a large TV and armchair seating. A kitchen and dining area are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, sink, and microwave, as well as a large table that allows you to relax and enjoy a snack or beverage without leaving the rec room.
Outside, you have many excellent choices on where to hang out. Make a splash in the 20 x 35 private pool, or lounge around in the sunshine poolside. The pool area features an outdoor shower and half bath, as well as an outdoor bar area with gas and charcoal grills nearby, allowing you to enjoy meals without leaving the pool area. From the pool, take a stroll over the private walkway to the beach. The walkway features a dune deck with a hot tub, just steps away from the ocean. Soak your cares away in the hot tub, as you enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and the wide, finely textured sand that Corolla is known for.
Back up at the house, the second-floor courtyard-like deck will surely be a favorite place for the entire family to hang out in the evenings. Off-season nor'easter? No problem! The deck is situated to block the wind. This spacious, uncovered portion of the deck includes a comfortable seating area. The covered portion of the deck includes a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and a TV.

The great room on the home's top floor is open and airy, with an east-facing "window wall" to maximize the beautiful ocean view. In the great room, you'll find comfortable furniture and a large-screen TV. The impressive kitchen features a large pantry, making it easy for several cooks to work side by side. The home's elevator is useful for getting groceries from the ground floor up to the top level and unloading luggage upon arrival. Connected to the great room is a large dining room that offers a large screen TV and a seasonal fireplace. A second large table is a great place to gather, whether for a meal or to play games. If additional space is needed, there is barstool seating at the kitchen counter and at the table by the sofa. Just outside on the deck, relax and watch the waves roll in as you enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Back inside, there are two king bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half-bathroom completes the top level of the home.
Sleeping Arrangements
With 12 bedrooms and 8 private baths, Atlantic Overlook sleeps a crowd in comfort. Bedding includes nine kings, one queen, three twins, and one pyramid bunk, supported by 10 full bathrooms and 4 half bathrooms throughout the home. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after a beach day easy, and with 12 parking spaces, there is plenty of room for everyone in your party to arrive on their own schedule.
The Corolla Setting
Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks, known for its expansive, wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. From this Section C, Ocean Sands address you are within easy reach of Corolla favorites such as the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, built in 1875 and the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast, and the Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Take a guided beach tour in search of the wild horses of Corolla, sign up for surfing lessons, book a kayak tour, or head out for a round of golf. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are found in nearby shopping centers including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.
Updates for 2025: A new dining area added off the great room with a seasonal fireplace and TV, a new TV den added off the rec room with access to the open middle floor deck.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pools & Hot Tubs: Both pools are heated by propane. Max. pool temp. is 85 degrees. $1,500 plus tax covers the cost of pool heat for both pools in 2026. The outdoor pool and the hot tub on the dune deck are available from April 5, 2026 to October 25, 2026. The ground level pool and the second hot tub are available year-round. The cost to heat the partially-enclosed ground level pool after the outdoor pool closes for the season is $750 plus tax. Call our office to add pool heat.
