On the ground level under the home, entertainment options are available that are ideal for any season of the year. Splash and play in the indoor heated pool, which is available year-round. Test your putting skills at the 9-hole miniature golf course under the home. Ample seating options are available in each outdoor area of the home. Outside in the driveway, a lighted basketball backboard is available if you'd like to shoot hoops. On the middle floor, there are six bedrooms on the east end of the home, each with a private bathroom; four of them offer direct access to the pool area via sliding glass doors. There are four additional bedrooms on the west end of the home and two full bathrooms. Laundry facilities are available on the second level.

The remainder of the middle level of the home was designed with entertainment in mind. Gather the kids to watch a movie in the media room, which opens to the deck. The roomy rec room is an all-around great place to hang out, with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and multiple arcade games to choose from. There is a TV den adjacent to the rec room with a huge TV and armchair seating. A kitchen and dining area are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, sink, and microwave, as well as a huge table that accepts you to relax and savor a snack or drink without leaving the rec room.

Outside, you have many charming choices on where to hang out. Make a splash in the private pool, or lounge around in the sunshine poolside. The pool area features an outdoor shower and half bath, as well as an outdoor bar area with two grilles close by, one gas grille, and one green egg grille, accepting you to appreciate meals without leaving the pool area. From the pool, take a walk over the private walkway to the beach. The walkway features a dune deck with a hot tub, just steps away from the ocean. Soak your cares away in the hot tub, as you enjoy expansive vistas of the ocean.

Back up at the home, the second-floor courtyard-like deck will surely be a favorite place for the entire family to hang out in the evenings. Off-season nor'easter? No problem! The deck is located to block the wind. This cavernous, uncovered portion of the deck includes an outdoor fireplace with a seating area, a second hot tub, a ping-pong table, and an upsized chess set. The covered portion of the deck includes a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and a TV.

The great room on the home's top floor is open and airy, with an east-facing "window wall" to maximize the handsome ocean view. In the great room, you'll find comfortable furnishings and a enormous-screen TV. The impressive kitchen features two ovens, a gas stove, two fridges, two dishwashers, and a sizable pantry. The home's elevator is useful for getting groceries from the ground floor up to the top level and unloading suitcases upon arrival. Connected to the great room is a huge dining room that offers a sizable screen TV and a seasonal fireplace. A second large table is a great place to gather, whether for a meal or to play games. If additional space is needed, there is barstool seating at the kitchen counter and at the table by the couch. Just outside on the deck, relax and watch the waves roll in as you enjoy the striking ocean view. On the opposite side of the great room, you'll find an outdoor kitchen and a bar area with a TV. Back inside, there are two king bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half-bathroom completes the top level of the home.
