Twelve bedrooms, ten full baths, four half baths, and an elevator make it easy for a large group to spread out in comfort, while 12 parking spaces keep arrival day simple. Your pup is welcome to join in on the fun, too, as this home is pet-friendly and welcomes two dogs with a fee. Linens, towels, and white duvets are laundered weekly! A locally based private maintenance and housekeeping staff remain available as necessary. This OBX vacation rental offers Sunday check-in.

On the ground level under the home, ample seating options are available in each outdoor area of the home, so there is always a comfortable spot to relax and watch the action. Outside in the driveway, a lighted basketball backboard is available if you'd like to shoot hoops, and because it lights up at night, the games do not have to end at sunset. On the middle floor, there are six bedrooms on the east end of the house, each with a private bathroom; four of them offer direct access to the pool area via sliding glass doors. There are four additional bedrooms on the west end of the house and two full bathrooms, including a king, a queen, a bedroom with two twins, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a twin bed that kids tend to claim first. Laundry facilities are available on the second level.
The remainder of the middle level of the home was designed with entertainment in mind. Gather the kids to watch a movie in the media room, which opens to the deck. The spacious rec room is an all-around great place to hang out. There is a TV den adjacent to the rec room with a large TV and armchair seating. A kitchen and dining area are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, sink, and microwave, as well as a large table that allows you to relax and enjoy a snack or beverage without leaving the rec room.
Outside, you have many excellent choices on where to hang out. Make a splash in the private pool, which measures 20 by 35 feet, or lounge around in the sunshine poolside. The pool area features an outdoor shower and half bath, as well as an outdoor bar area with two grills nearby, one gas grill and one charcoal grill, allowing you to enjoy meals without leaving the pool area. Just beyond the pool, the dune deck with a hot tub sits only steps away from the ocean. Soak your cares away in the hot tub, as you enjoy panoramic views of the ocean.
Back up at the house, the second-floor courtyard-like deck will surely be a favorite place for the entire family to hang out in the evenings. Off-season nor'easter? No problem! The deck is situated to block the wind. This spacious, uncovered portion of the deck includes plenty of seating. The covered portion of the deck includes a TV.

The great room on the home's top floor is open and airy, with an east-facing "window wall" to maximize the beautiful ocean view. In the great room, you'll find comfortable furniture and a large-screen TV, an inviting spot to gather at the end of a long beach day. The impressive kitchen offers plenty of room for multiple cooks to work side by side when you are preparing a meal for a crowd. The home's elevator is useful for getting groceries from the ground floor up to the top level and unloading luggage upon arrival. Connected to the great room is a large dining room that offers a large screen TV and a seasonal fireplace, available October through March. A second large table is a great place to gather, whether for a meal or to play games. If additional space is needed, there is barstool seating at the kitchen counter and at the table by the sofa. Just outside on the deck, relax and watch the waves roll in as you enjoy the beautiful ocean view. On the opposite side of the great room, you'll find an outdoor kitchen and a bar area with a TV, complete with a grill, icemaker, mini-fridge, and sink. Back inside, there are two king bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half-bathroom completes the top level of the home.

With 17 TVs, a media room, a recreation room, free high-speed wireless internet, and two outdoor showers, Atlantic Overlook is equipped for groups who want space to gather and space to slip away. Two grills, gas and charcoal, stand ready for cookouts, and the basketball hoop out front keeps the competition going after dinner.
Corolla, known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is celebrated for its expansive, wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Nearby, you can tour the Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park or climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, built in 1875 and the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast. Corolla also offers easy access to golf and tennis, a local movie theater, surfing lessons, kayak tours, jet ski rentals, and guided beach tours in search of the wild horses that roam the northern beaches. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are found in several local shopping centers, including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.
Updates for 2025: A new dining area added off the great room with a seasonal fireplace and TV, a new TV den added off the rec room with access to the open middle floor deck.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool & Hot Tub: The pool is heated by propane. Max. pool temp. is 85 degrees. Pool heat is available for an additional charge in 2026. The pool and the hot tub are available seasonally, from March 28, 2026 to October 25, 2026. Call our office to add pool heat.
