Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a Recroom with a flat-screen TV, pool table and kitchenette with counter seating for 5, full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and deck access. Theater Room with a large flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and tiered seating. Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set and TV/DVD (for use with DVD only) and a full hall bathroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Very Close to the Beach!

Prince of Tides was a perfect rental for our group of 17. The house is very close to the beach. By going out the back it is only steps to the beach walkway. The kitchen is well stocked and we all fit at the extended table for our dinners. The beds were comfortable and the extra space on the second level provided another gathering area for our group. The young adults enjoyed the theater room and pool table. Price of Tides appeared to be newly remodeled on the interior with new flooring and furniture. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Our family had such a great time at this house! The new kitchen was beautiful! The beverage cooler was an added bonus that got used all the time! Beach access was right out the back gate, easy access! The BEDS were soooo comfortable! The media room was used every day and was the favorite spot for all! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

WE LOVE THE HOUSE!!! and THANK YOU for the wonderful wine !!! Love Love the house!!! Great set up. Everyone had a bed to sleep on. The distance to the beach was great. The dining room table was perfect for our group. The only thing that we would recommend is a water spout be closer to the back gate to prevent sand going into the pool and the kitchen could use a second fridge. Looking forward to the new kitchen next year.
