Climate Change is located in the quaint neighborhood of Sea Tern, perched up on a hill providing privacy and sea breezes. The main level has plenty of areas for your family to gather together and enjoy a seafood dinner, play an old fashioned board game or watch a movie on the large TV. All bedrooms have access to the furnished decks. The spacious lower level recreation room has a full-size pool table and a foosball table, sure to provide hours of entertainment for your family. Watch your favorite movie or catch a game on the LCD TV. There's a kitchenette with a wet bar, microwave and full size fridge giving your guests easy access to poolside beverages and snacks.  

Sea Tern has private beach and sound access and is conveniently located close to Downtown Duck and the Duck Town Park. Park amenities include a soundside boardwalk, amphitheater, public kayak/canoe launch, picnic shelter, playground, gazebo, walking trails and summer events. A seven-mile long multi-use path is located on the east side of Duck Road and provides a scenic and safe recreational venue for visitors to enjoy. Pedestrians, bicyclists and in-line skaters share the Duck Trail.
