This home also boasts an air purification system with a unit installed on both levels. And because they know that there is 'heated' debate as to which grill is better, gas or charcoal, they have thoughtfully provided both for your enjoyment.  You will also find plenty of beach chairs already provided for your trips to the beach.  The home is approximately 600 yards to the ocean for that day in the sun.
