Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen, dining room seating 9 with patio access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with walk in shower.

Top Level: Grand King Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Extras: 5 intelligent TVs, books/games, beach cart, Keurig & regular coffee makers, charcoal grille, huge sun deck, outside shower, charcoal grille, linens and towels supplied and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 11 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
