Ground Level: Entry level featuring a bedroom with both Queen and Single beds, flat-screen TV, desk and chair.  A second bedroom offers 2 Bunk Sets, a flat-screen TV and patio access with seating and tables.  A full hall bathroom is also located on this level.  The garage contains the additional refrigerator, beach cart and chairs, corn hole boards, and kids's sand toys. Along with a bookcase of books, puzzles and games, additional games are in a bin in one of the ground level bedroom closets. 

Mid Level: Roomy great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, dining room seating for ten, and a kitchen with counter seating for three. The deck includes lounge chairs and an umbrella-shaded dining table.  This level also includes a half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. The Queen Master Bedroom features a flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. 

Top Level: The enormous King Master Bedroom contains a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use. 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
