Conveniently located across from the tennis courts, this Oceanside getaway offers first class vistas from one of Corolla Light's highest points. it also includes full access to the Corolla Light Resort including indoor pool and exercise center, 2 outdoor life-guarded pools, infant pool, kids's playground, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball and tennis courts. There is also an Oceanfront Grille and ocean front walks. Trolley service (seasonal) to the beach every 30 mins., snack hut and weekly activities for the kids and adults. (Note: While Brindley Beach is always here to assist with your stay, the Corolla Light amenities, including the trolley schedules and routes, are managed independently by that community and may change without prior notice.)     

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fenced in yard with salt water private pool and huge patio, outside shower and loo, picnic table, grassy back yard and a charcoal grille. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV, King Master Bedroom with TV, King Master Bedroom with TV, Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV. All rooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with 40" LCD TV/DVD, stereo/CD, surround sound and gas fireplace, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8, sun room with TV and deck access, and a King Master Bedroom with TV, 3-sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and deck access. Decks are plentiful with an additional roof line sundeck.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $600 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount on 2027 reservations (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
