A community beach access is located across the street one lot north, so you can have your toes in the sand one minute after walking out your front door. Shelling, strolling the shoreline, surfing, and stand-up paddleboarding - or simply enjoying a book under the umbrella - are easy activities with the ocean basically in your front yard! Plus, an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after long days at the beach.
Inside, this level includes a bedroom with a double bunk and twin bunk, as well as a full custom bathroom with tub. Please note that there are four steps required to access the ground floor bedroom.

A back deck features an outdoor dining table and overlooks the pool area.

Updates for 2024: Select new furniture pieces in the great room and in the northeast first floor king bedroom, new outdoor furniture on both second floor decks, and a new gas grill.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
