The home sits in the Avalon Beach neighborhood, a longtime favorite corner of the Outer Banks. A short walk down the street brings you to the ocean. The recreation room features a pool table, and the first floor den is a comfortable spot to relax after a long day in the sand. Outside, the 20 x 10 private pool and hot tub area is the ideal spot to catch some rays and take a refreshing dip, with an outdoor shower and charcoal grill close at hand.
Eight TVs, two DVD players, free high-speed wireless internet, a highchair, and four parking spaces round out the comforts of this Kill Devil Hills retreat. Check-in is on Saturday, and pets are not permitted.
