Wellington by the Sea offers an oceanfront picnic area with grills and sun decks. There is an enormous storage area for all your beach toys, kayaks, cycles, umbrellas, and chairs. There are outside showers and you’re just a short walk to great food and fun entertainment. The building has a new roof, parking lot resurfacing, parking passes, landscaping, and picnic tables.
Enjoy complimentary bed and bath linens on all reservations. Bedmaking will be included in 2026!
The community saltwater pool (30x15) available from 5/24/25 - 10/24/25, 8 AM to dusk. Pool dates are subject to change based on HOA.
No pets allowed.
Community access: 2 parking spaces, access to the lobby, elevator, community grilling area, community saltwater swimming pool w/ cabana, outdoor shower, and beach access.
