A separate wing, accessible through the mid level breezeway, provides a “getaway” with large TV room, sleep sofa, bar, refrigerator, microwave, and private bath. Down the spiral staircase is a game room with Pool and Foosball tables.

3 bedrooms (1 with Queen with deck access and private bath with tub/shower; 2 each with Bunk set and Twin with TV and deck access); hall bath (with tub/shower) and laundry room. Across the deck: a large den/bedroom with Queen sleep sofa, large flat screen TV, mini bar with microwave, full refrigerator, full bath. Spiral stairway leads to level 1 recreation room.

Great room with ocean view, flat screen TV, DVD player; ship’s watch with game table; dining table seating 10; counter seating 5; bedroom (with King with deck access and private bath with whirlpool tub/shower); screened porch with table and chairs; hot tub on deck; half bath on landing.
