This home sits right on the beach with the best beach view in Kitty Hawk and ocean view from nearly every angle of the home. The sizable oceanfront deck is ideal to watch sunrises, savor the rolling surf throughout the day and view the stars at nighttime. The stairs from the deck lead you right to the beach as well as the outside enclosed shower. This home is within walking distance to stores and eateries, but once you walk in you may not ever want to leave! Also just 11 miles from the H2OBX water park! 

Ground Level: Great room with ocean vistas, flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, electric fireplace and plenty of seating on the wrap around couch. Recently refreshed kitchen with granite counter tops and even an ocean view while you wash dishes and the dining area seating 8 plus an additional table seating 4. King Master Bedroom, Queen Master Bedroom with TV and a Master Bedroom with 2 Single Beds. All bedrooms offer a private bathroom.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
