Top Level: Great room with intelligent TV/VCR/DVD and gas fireplace, a turret that lets you relax and appreciate a splendid sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, screened porch with table and chairs, dining area, freshly refreshed kitchen including all new cabinets, counter tops and appliances and a Queen Master Bedroom with intelligent TV/DVD and private bathroom.

The elevator in this home is not available to guests. 

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, 7/1/24-8/22/24.  Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
