Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs All bedroom TVs are Roku Smart TVs with cable access via the Spectrum app. The great room and rec room have different Smart TVs with cable access via Spectrum cable boxes. The theater room has a Roku Smart TV with cable access via a Spectrum cable box. Guests are welcome to use the Smart TVs to log into their own streaming accounts.
