Laundry facilities are located on this level.
A sliding glass door from the rec room leads out to the poolside deck area with a hot tub and bar seating that overlooks the private pool area. An enclosed outdoor shower is available.

The dining area is centrally positioned between the kitchen and the great room. The kitchen has a pantry for food storage, a full-sized refrigerator, an electric range/oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and two coffee makers (standard drip and Keurig). A lofted sitting area is in the front corner of the home, with views towards the north and the west. A half bath is located on the stair landing. A king bedroom adjacent to the great room has a TV, direct deck access via a sliding glass door, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
