Mid Level: Enter the home from the stairs in the left side carport.  Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Top Level: Great room with ocean vistas, gas fireplace, TV and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8-10, screened porch with table and chairs for 8 and a half bath. 

Extras: Screened porch, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), gas grille, fish cleaning station, outside shower, ocean vistas, washer/ dryer, high speed internet access, linens and towels included and Community pool & tennis. No Smoking. No Animals. Full week units only. Distance to beach access: Adjacent to community beach walkway. House Address: 125 Dianne Street. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Singles, 2 Bunk Sets. Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
