After soaking up the sun, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower and then kick back on the patio. With magnificant vistas, this spot is ideal for your morning coffee or appreciating sunset beverages while you appreciate the serene surroundings.

Mid Level: The mid-level features 3 delightfully appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, providing a restful getaway for everybody in your group. A shared full bathroom with a dual vanity is located just across the hall for painless access. The queen master bedroom offers a private entrance to a deck and access to the full shared bathroom, ensuring both convenience and comfort. Thoughtfully designed, this level creates cozy, calming spaces where everybody can relax and savor a peaceful nighttime’s sleep.

Top Level: The top level is where the magic happens – an open-concept living space that brings the family together. The bright and airy living room, dining area, and entirely equipped kitchen seamlessly flow together, offering plenty of space to relax and relax. The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making it simple to prepare delicious meals for everybody. Step outside onto the roomy deck, which is ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, or just taking in the pretty vistas.

The king bedroom on this floor offers a cozy getaway with access to a shared full bathroom. A private deck extends from the room, offering sweeping vistas and a relaxing spot to relax. Just a short walk from the beach and a private community soundside beach, you’ll have access to swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely walks along the shore. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
