Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, deck access, ocean vistas and a enormous private bathroom with double vanity and shower.   Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Trundle and TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hallway bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.   

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD. gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker and specialty drink glasses and deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 8 with screened porch access, half bathroom and screened porch with table and chairs for 6. Furnished top level deck offers ocean vistas. 

Extras: 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, laundry with washer and dryer, enclosed outside shower & loo, gas grille, high speed internet, books, games, gas fireplace (available November 1 - April 30), linens and towels included and community pool and tennis. No Smoking. No Animals. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
