Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made, except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
