Centrally located between the quaint village experience of Duck, and the activities and shopping available in Kitty Hawk.

Community Extras: The owners are members of the Southern Shores Civic Association which allows their guests two parking passes for access to the following: Hillcrest Drive parking area with showers, toilets, gazebo, benches, etc. Soundview Park includes a children’s playground, picnic tables, a charcoal grill, a bocce ball court, a horseshoe pit, park benches, and a kayak launching platform. Sunset Platform has a perfect position for sunset viewings. Sea Oats Park provides a basketball half-court with one hoop, a children’s play area, a soccer field, and picnic tables.


Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
