Enjoy beautiful sunsets and breathtaking views from the decks of our soundfront home. Float around in our private pool, relax your muscles in the hot tub or swim and crab in the Currituck Sound. Don't forget to bring your kayaks, SUP boards, canoes, and windsurfing gear. You can launch them all from the sandy spot right in our backyard. Zoysia grass yard with irrigation. No motor boats can be launched from the ramp and no motor boats can be tied to the pier.

3 bedrooms (1 with King, private bath with whirlpool tub, shower and double sinks, walk-in closet, wall mounted 40” TV, access to deck; 1 with Queen, wall mounted 32” TV, walk-in closet, access to deck; 1 with Double and Bunk set). Full bath in hall. Laundry room.

Large great room with large HDTV, sofa, love seat, swivel chairs; sitting room with game table and chairs; desk workstation with internet service (wired and wireless); half bath; oversized dining room with two tables and chairs (seats 12), swivel chairs overlooking the sound; fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, bar stools, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, flat surface cook top.
