Sound Delight is a two-bedroom condo located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. From this first-floor unit, you will enjoy spectacular sunsets and beautiful sound views from the private screened porch and living area. Launch your kayak or canoe in the sound and paddle your way to adventure! Miles of bike trails through the woods and to the beach. A very nice, quiet community that's just right for relaxing. Please note, this unit is not pet friendly.

Oyster Pointe offers a large community pool and tennis courts. With its sound side location, you can go for long walks through the neighborhood, ride your bike to the Wright Brothers Memorial, or simply relax and catch some rays on the sun deck. The beach is approximately one mile away, with multiple accesses nearby, so you can find the perfect spot to enjoy fun in the sun.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Community pool available from 5/16/25- 10/11/25, 8 AM to dusk. Pool dates are subject to change based on HOA. Please note there is a refundable $50 deposit plus tax for the pool/tennis key fob. The key fob must be returned to the Kitty Hawk office upon departure.
