Please be advised that beginning October 18, 2026, there will be no walkway access to the beach or access to the pool deck due to scheduled HOA renovations. Renovations are currently expected to last approximately one month. However, the project timeline and completion date are determined by the HOA and are subject to change.

Community Pool (18X34) is open from 5/1/26 - 10/17/26 from 9 AM to dusk. Pool dates are subject to change based on the HOA. Also enjoy the community park grill and coin-operated laundry, located on the lower level of the building.
