This lovely first-level unit is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at milepost 7.25 and is situated close to the community pool and tennis courts. The patio deck features a lovely wooded view. Explore the area on the nearby multi-use path, perfect for biking or walking, or take a dip in the Olympic-sized swimming pool. With just a short drive, you'll find also find plenty of restaurants and attractions to make your vacation stay one to remember! Enjoy complimentary bed and bath linens on all reservations.

Community pool available from 5/16/25- 10/11/25, 8 AM to dusk. Pool dates are subject to change based on HOA. Please note there is a refundable $50 deposit plus tax for the pool/tennis key fob. The key fob must be returned to the Kitty Hawk office upon departure.
