Overall

Fantastic view of the beach! Got up early every day to see sunrise on the balcony and enjoyed the late night beach looked with flashlights. Pool was a great late afternoon evening relaxation to have the kids wind down after spending all day at the beach. Some upgrades compared to previous reviews. There is a lift to all floors for luggage groceries etc. Steps are definitely a killer but the view makes it worth it. Only problems we encountered were outdated living room furniture balcony furniture needs updated and ants all over counter and under sink. We cleaned well every night and morning but were there from the start. Overall stay was great and we had a blast being so close to the beach!

This was a great condo the view was well worth all the stairs! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were wonderful.

unparalleled views

Overall

This was a lovely end unit on the third floor. The views were unparalleled!! Sitting on the balcony was worth the price of the entire condo. The sounds and views were so relaxing and everything was very comfortable.

pleasant rental with great view

Slightly dated but a pleasant rental with a great ocean view. Furniture and beds were comfortable and in good condition. Kitchen was dated but everything we needed. We were fine with the rental. If you have trouble with stairs a lower floor would be preferable. The laundry machines were not all available and working.

Overall

Although the unit was a bit outdated and could use some upgrades and some "cleaner" carpet and upholstered furniture as well as kitchen cabinets and stove the location and coziness was wonderful. It would also be preferable to have a washer and dryer in the unit. I knew that we would have to use the community laundry on the ground but since there is apparently a coin shortage here it was difficult to get change locally which made it very inconvenient to get laundry complete. One of the 2 washers on location was not in proper working order. The spin cycle did not spin the load out fully. I did speak with a representative from Sun Realty about this and someone was to have come to fix the washer but it had not been done prior to my leaving. I would still return to this unit due to the location and pool. It was quiet which is a huge bonus for me.

Overall

We very much enjoyed our stay. Kitchen we had what we needed. The ice maker was a great surprise! Beds were a bit hard and the headboard could be tightened so it’s not as noisy when you roll over. Living area was great!

Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified.
