As the popularity of our quaint beach community has continued to grow so, have the size of the houses and unfortunately, the rates families are asked to pay. Trying to get back to the smaller, reasonably priced family vacation, Skipper’s Haven offers a private beach access to recently replenished beaches, the aforementioned views, private pool, and hot tub all at an affordable price. Multi-level sun and shaded decks provide perfect perches to soak in the summer rays and smell the salt air. Inside features a spacious open concept living room with vaulted ceilings and panoramic ocean views perfect for family gatherings and larger groups. Bedrooms include a king en suite, four queen bedrooms and a pyramid bunk room, catering to a wide range of guests and ready to be made their own by members of your family for the week. Downstairs even has a den with flat screen tv perfectly set up for the kids to plug in their game system or have a kid’s movie night in an area that they can call their own.

Located in a quiet spot, back off of NC-12 and surrounded by trees, in by far our least commercialized area of South Nags Head, Skipper’s Haven is the ideal beach home for those guests that remember the way our beaches used to be. Beach during the day, private pool in the afternoon and evening cocktails on your oceanfront deck or in the hot tub at night, experience the type of vacation that made our beaches so famous.
