And when we mean family, that also includes the four-legged members, as Caroline’s Cottage is also pet friendly!

On the lower level there's a stellar media room adorned with leather sofas, a wet bar, and a billiards table. Mid Level: 3 en suites all with deck access to the hot tub and sound views. One king en suite has a 4-post bed, large flat screen TV, custom bath with tile shower, double vanity, and cast iron tub. The other 2 en suites have queen beds and flat-screen TVs. Full laundry room.

Top Level: Open great room with connecting kitchen, dining, and living areas, all with spectacular sound views and access to the sound front sun deck. Soundfront queen bedroom (NOTE: This room is not on the central HVAC, but, does have a free-standing device.) Half hall bath.
