This oceanside home has handsome vistas of the ocean., You will appreciate early morning sunrises on the oceanside and striking sunsets with it's compelling sound vistas. The west soundside of Sea Bright is protected land with un-interrupted vistas. A short walk to your private beach walkway will take you to the impressive beach front. You also have the option to splash around in your own freshly modernized private salt-water pool (heated for a fee) or relax in the hot tub. In the evenings or on rainy days take advantage of the theater room, where you can access your favorite programs through HULU. 

Pine Island is one of the most sought-after vacation communities on the Outer Banks. Located between three and one half miles of pristine coastline and 5,000 acres of marsh land known as the National Audubon Society Pine Island Sanctuary. Pine Island provides guests with countless breathtaking vistas and serene surroundings. Laundry Room with a full size refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access (1 with a private deck), Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set, Trundle, flat-screen TV and deck access. The hot tub is on the deck. 

Top Level: Cavernous great room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access, ships watch with game table seating 4, half bath and banquet style dining area seating 9 with deck access. Generous kitchen with stainless steel appliances including 2 dishwashers (one new Bosch), 2 sinks, deck access and counter seating for 4. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/12/24 -10/12/24

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
