Welcome to Pier House!  Ideal for modest groups, this cute oceanfront bungalow provides amazing ocean vistas from inside and outside, with nothing between you and the beach but a sand dune. You are steps away from world-class fishing on the Rodanthe pier!  

Single Level: Outside you will find an ocean-facing sun deck with ocean and pier vistas, a back deck with a gas grille, a sand path to the beach, and a foot wash station. Inside, the sunny Great Room greets you with ocean vistas, a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, and ample seating. Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for 3, a dining table that seats 7, and a closet for the stacked washer and dryer. Off the Great Room is Bedroom #1,  furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, and a private full bathroom. Off the kitchen are Bedrooms #2 and #3, which share the hallway bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Full bed, a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, and deck access.  Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 constructed-in Twin Bunk Sets and has a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD and ocean vistas. 

Extras: 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, beach access close by, ocean-facing sun deck, foot wash, books, games, and a gas grille. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to Beach Access: Oceanfront. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
