Parlor by the private pool, sip a tropical drink at the tiki bar, fire up the gas grille for a casual cookout, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a sun-soaked day on the sand. For fishing enthusiasts, the fish-cleaning station is ideal for your fresh catch. 

Mid-Level Relaxation & Entertainment: The mid-level is all about comfort and everyday convenience. The king bedroom and completely equipped kitchen both open to the screened porch—ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or appreciating the gentle breezes. Step out from the living room onto the deck for peaceful water and beach vistas. The living area is inviting, featuring leather seating and a full entertainment center. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine bar with a cooler, and a dining area with peek-a-boo ocean vistas. The entertainment room is ideal for movies, games, or peaceful downtime, and it also opens onto the deck.

Top-Level Vistas & Sundeck Escape: The top level features a king bedroom with private deck access, a queen bedroom, and a twin bunk bed ideal for kids or additional guests. All bedrooms include TVs so everybody can relax in their own space. Step up one more level to the sundeck, where expansive ocean and sound vistas await. Soak up the sun, savor a sunset beverage, or simply relax and take in the scenery - this is your private escape.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made, except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds, for which sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; however, no charges will be made to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit full payment.
