Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a sand carport with outside shower and a sand-fenced back yard with a park style charcoal grille. 

Mid Level: Entry Level.  King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with Double/Double Bunk Set (double over double) with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Top Level: Great room with ocean vistas, flat-screen TV, 2 Futon couches and deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area seating 6 and a half bathroom. 

Extras: Two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), 4 TVs, books, games, outside shower, charcoal grille, high speed internet access, parking for 4-5 cars and linens and towels supplied. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome.  Full week units only. Beds: King, Queen, Double over Double Bunk Set, 2 Futon Couches. House Address: 1678 Sandpiper Road. Distance to beach: 800'. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Note: there is a security camera facing the exterior of the property only.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive cars such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Swan Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive car brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and appreciate the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and savor the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and tons of waterfowl on the sound.

$250 Security Deposit Required for all guests, returnable pending no damage on departure. 

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are supplied with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip. 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
