Periwinkle Beach is the perfect location for rest and relaxation. This 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath pet-friendly home is located on the oceanside of Southern Shores. Periwinkle Beach is nestled within the sanctuary of mature live oaks, on a quiet street, with no need to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. A short stroll of roughly 4 minutes will take you easily from this wonderful home to the community beach access at the end of Mockingbird Lane. Had enough of all the sand and surf? Relax alongside the private, saltwater pool in the expansive fenced area which includes a private hot tub. You will also have an array of deck space to relax, dine, and just enjoy. A secondary refrigerator is available on the ground level, making easy access to refreshments a breeze from all of the exterior entertainment space that Periwinkle Beach has to offer.
Periwinkle Beach backs to a retention pond and includes a foot path and bridge. Take time and care watching all the beautiful wildlife this pond attracts including turtles, aviary, snakes, fish and bugs of all shapes and sizes

Full hall bath (with tub and shower). Laundry is on the landing between level two and three.
Level 3:
The top floor includes a bright dining room which seats 8 people, beautifully appointed kitchen with a pass-thru and bar, and an open and airy living room with deck access. Windows abound on every wall, allowing the wonderful OBX sunshine to naturally light the beauty of this well cared for home. There is also a half bath on this floor for guest convenience.
