Luckie Tides offers modern furnishings, top-of-the-line electronics, luxury vinyl tile, TVs in all bedrooms and more. One of our favorites, the wraparound porch, a feature rarely found in a house this size, has ceiling fans and deck furniture, making it the optimal spot to host your family's seafood feasts. We’d be remiss to leave out mention of the dune top deck, one of the last remaining in Kitty Hawk, offering front row seats to panoramic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Luckie Tides is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience and enjoy the transformation into a stylish, modernized version of the classic Outer Banks beach cottage that made our beaches so famous.

Luckie Tides does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Screens on the wraparound porch are in place annually from April 1 through October 1. They are removed during the off-season for maintenance and protection.

Please note there is an easement that grants occupants of neighboring properties beach access in the space between Luckie Tides and the house immediately to the north.

Top Level: Screened-in wrap-around porch leading out to dune top oceanfront deck with gated beach access. Open living area with flat screen Smart TV, connected to kitchen and dining areas, all with direct deck access.
