The great room with a full Roku entertainment system with all streaming apps, CD/MP3 stereo with surround sound, TVs with Roku and cable in 5 bedrooms, outdoor ping pong table, lower level rec room with a Foosball table, bumper pool, and other video consoles, board games, puzzles, and books galore are also available to keep your family entertained.

Northpoint is a popular beach community located in Duck for active families! You will love the indoor community pool! It’s the ideal reprieve from the hot summer sun or the occasional rainy day. Northpoint’s community tennis and basketball courts are also yours to enjoy during your stay at Katmandu. Be sure to take advantage of Northpoint’s private community pier on the nearby sound for great crabbing, kayaking, and sunset views just a few minutes’ stroll from Katmandu.

Early/Priority check-in and late check-out are not available for this property.

The private pool is open from early April through mid-October. Pool size is approximately 16’ x 33’. Optional pool heat is available for $500.00/week.

The Northpoint community indoor pool is normally open from April 1st to the end of October. Community pool dates are subject to change.

NP-03 is non pet friendly.

Lower Level: Rec room with Foosball table, bumper pool table, Wii system, Atari-retro console, CD/MP3 compatible surround sound stereo, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, and hall half bath.

Mid Level: Two king bedrooms with Jack and Jill style bathroom with jetted tub, two bedrooms with two bunk beds, and full hall bathroom with tub.

Top Level: King bedroom with shared hall bath with tub, fully stocked kitchen, great room with a 55" Roku TV and soundbar with all streaming apps, Blu-ray playter, CD/MP3 stereo with surround sound, Wii-U, many table games and puzzles, gas fireplace (Nov-April), dining area, screened porch access, and front and rear deck access (ocean view from the front).
