Located in a peaceful Southern Shores subdivision, this property is stationed on a quiet dead-end street and just the second house from the beach access. Located in a mature neighborhood lined with oaks and large lots, this is a great spot to unwind, relax and enjoy the family! The neighborhood beach access is private for this street.

Lovely décor and tasteful appointments welcome you as you enter the house. Enjoy relaxing on the decks in the evening or gather in the dining sunroom for games. The kids will love the game room with foosball and every bedroom is decorated as a haven for you and your guests.

Kasa Karolina is located just south of Duck with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The multi-use path allows for exploring Duck, the quiet of the west side local neighborhoods, or take it for miles through Duck to Corolla. You are central to both the Kitty Hawk attractions and Duck.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. 


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
