Located on the Oceanside, Jubilate has everything your family will need for a great vacation! Each bedroom offers deck access and multiple offer ocean vistas!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop and a park-style charcoal grille. Inside you will find a Rec Room with a enormous flat-screen TV/ DVD/VCR, Queen Sleep Couch, drink refrigerator and a foosball table.

Mid Level: King Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, Queen Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Queen Bed and Bunk Set. Laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer. All four bedrooms with deck access.

Top Level: Great room with huge flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, wood burning fireplace, game table seating 2 and deck access, dining area seating 10, kitchen with counter seating 4 and a sitting area with deck access, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with a full size crib, deck access and a full bath with a whirlpool tub.

Extras: Hot Tub, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, 2 VCRs, high-speed internet, stereo, wood burning fireplace, high chair, beverage refrigerator, foosball table, running stroller, beach toys, basketball hoop, 2 picnic tables, book library, DVDs/videos, gas grille, park-style charcoal grille and linens and towels included. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
