This delightful oceanside home offers a quiet cul-de-sac setting with a convenient community beach access, ocean views, seven bedrooms, a spacious great room, two additional family rooms, and a screened-in porch. The design offers large areas to gather together and abundant spaces for all age groups to spread out and relax in leisure and comfort. The outdoor living area has thoughtful additions that mean less packing for you and more fun in the sun during your stay. The beach is only a short stroll down the street.

The ground level is dedicated to outdoor recreation and starts with a private, fenced pool that invites you to jump in, splash around, and cool off! For relaxation, lounge poolside for your daily dose of sunshine, and then gather at the outdoor kitchen bar with a half bath to sip chilled beverages. Lively games of cornhole, basketball, and outdoor ping-pong will keep competitive skills sharp. An onsite beach cart can be loaded with the sun umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys provided by the owner to stroll 100 yards to pristine sandy beaches and rolling surf. Casual BBQ meals can be served hot off the grills at the outdoor dining table. As the sun sets, a soothing hot tub is available to soak away your cares with refreshing salt air and star-filled night skies. A double outdoor shower with a footwash and a fish-cleaning table are also available outside.

The first level opens to a large rec room outfitted with sofa seating, a Smart TV, shuffleboard, and a foosball table. The balance is dedicated to a variety of relaxing bedrooms, including a king bedroom with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and shares a full hallway bathroom with those in a bedroom furnished with two twin beds. A bedroom with two twin beds shares a full bathroom with those in a bedroom equipped with two twin bunks. Please note that all bedrooms have their own Smart TV. A covered deck with a hammock and seating completes this level.

The sun-filled great room on the second floor has lofty ceilings and wood grain floors, and the living area and a separate den both offer sofa and chair seating and televisions. The den provides direct access to a sun deck to enjoy community and ocean views. A half bath is conveniently located. The kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee maker, and meals can be served at the dining table that seats twelve, or the island that seats six. A screened-in porch with an outdoor sofa, table, and chairs allows for informal outdoor meals. A king suite with TV and private bathroom, and an additional bedroom with one twin, a sofa, and a Smart TV complete this level.

Updates for 2024: A foosball table replaced the game table in the first floor rec room, a new chair was added to the second floor den, the pool fence was replaced, and the hammock was moved to the first floor deck.
Updates for 2023: Brand new front decks (new boards, rails, and stairs), a new larger kitchen table seating 12, new hammock stand, fish-cleaning table updated, and landscaping changes.
Updates for 2022: Extensive updates were implemented for the 2022 season! Brand new flooring throughout the entire home, brand new kitchen and appliances, brand new furniture in all three of the common areas, all new light fixtures and fans, new blinds on all windows, the entire home was freshly painted, and all bathrooms were updated with new cabinets, fixtures, flooring, and more. A shuffleboard table was added to the 1st floor family/recreation room area, and new cabinets were installed to store board games. Outside, the grill station was redesigned with a new granite countertop and brand new gas grill connected to a gas line.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs with cable access through the Spectrum App. Guests are welcome to use their own logins to access other apps such as Netflix and Hulu.
