Inside is the Rec Room with pool table, flat-screen TV, multi-cade arcade game, drink refrigerator and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway).

Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath with a Bedroom with a Bunk Set, flat-screen TV and desk with monitor. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, desk with 2 monitors that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, flat-screen TV and private deck access.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and Queen Sleep Couch.  Kitchen with counter seating for 4 and additional beverage refrigerator. Dining area seating 8 with screen porch access and a half bath. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with whirlpool tub.

Extras: Private Pool (11 x 22, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 8 TVs, DVD player, Keurig & traditional drip coffee makers, pool table, multicade arcade game, poolside bar, fenced yard, outside shower, hammock, screened porch, 2 mini-fridges, gas grille, linens and towels supplied and Villages at Ocean Hill community pool(s) and tennis/pickleball access. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use. 

This property has a security camera on the front of the home facing away from the property.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 877-642-3224 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
